Watching films and series
How do I watch a film or episode?
Open a film or series page, select an available episode, and press play. A series may include several episodes at different stages of development, so check which episodes have been published.
Why can I only see a trailer or preview?
An upcoming episode may have a trailer or preview before the completed video is available. Check the episode page for its current status and any information from the creator.
Why is an episode unavailable?
The episode may still be in production, may not have been published, or may no longer be available. Check the project page first. If a published episode appears to be broken, contact us with its link and a description of the problem.
What should I do if a video does not play?
Try these steps:
- Refresh the page and press play again.
- Check your internet connection.
- Close other tabs or apps using a lot of bandwidth.
- Try another browser or device to see whether the issue continues.
- Temporarily disable browser extensions that may interfere with playback.
If the problem continues, send us the episode link, your browser and device details, and any error message you see.
Why is there no sound?
Check the player's mute control, your device volume, and whether your browser tab is muted. If you use headphones or an external speaker, confirm that your device is sending audio to the correct output.
Accounts and sign-in
How do I create an account?
Open the sign-in page, choose Create account, and follow the instructions. Use an email address you can access so you can receive account-related messages.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Select Forget Password on the sign-in page and follow the reset instructions. Check your spam or junk folder if the message does not arrive.
I did not receive an account email. What should I check?
- Confirm that you entered the correct email address.
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Allow a few minutes for delivery.
- If a verification or reset code has expired, request a new one through the account flow.
If you still cannot access your account, contact us. Never include your password or verification code in a support message.
Why am I asked to sign in again?

Publishing as a creator
How do I publish a film or series?
Sign in and open Studio. Follow any creator setup instructions shown there, create a project, and add its episodes. Prepare a clear title, description, poster, and video before publishing.
For a standalone film, use the project and episode options available in Studio. For a series, keep episode names and numbers consistent so viewers can follow the story.
What information should I prepare?
- A film or series title and a short description.
- Poster artwork that represents the project.
- The finished video, or a trailer for an upcoming episode.
- Relevant language, genre, age rating, and content information where requested.
- Credits and information about any assets used in the production.
Review the Creator Agreement and Terms of Service before publishing.
What should I do if an upload fails?
Check your connection and follow the file requirements displayed in Studio. Confirm that the file opens correctly on your device, then try uploading again.
If the upload finishes but the video is not ready to play, allow time for processing. If an error appears or processing seems stuck, contact us with the project link, file type, file size, and error message.
Can I publish an episode without requesting funding?
Voobin's publishing flow allows creators to choose whether an episode needs funding. Use the options shown in Studio for your project and review its status before making it public.
Creator Hub and project support
What is the Creator Hub?
The Creator Hub features upcoming episodes and projects seeking support. Open a project to explore its story, preview materials, creator information, and campaign details.
What should I check before supporting a project?
Read the project description, funding goal, deadline, production status, and any stated supporter benefits. Check whether the episode is a preview, a work in progress, or a completed release.
Use the contribution options currently available on the project page. Payment features and supporter benefits may vary during beta.
Where can I find contribution or refund information?
Check the relevant project page and any contribution history available in your account. Follow the current terms and options displayed for that contribution. If you cannot find the information you need, contact us with the project link and the relevant confirmation details.
Reporting problems
How do I report inappropriate content or a broken page?
Use the report option where available, or visit Contact Us. Include the page link and explain the issue. For a video problem, include the episode and timestamp if relevant.
How do I raise a copyright concern?
Contact us with the content link, a description of the work involved, and your relationship to the rights holder. Review the Terms of Service for applicable information.
